Monocular Real Time Full Resolution Depth Estimation Arrangement with a Tunable Lens

چکیده
This work introduces a real-time full-resolution depth estimation device, which allows integral displays to be fed with light-field. The core principle of the technique is high-speed focal stack acquisition method combined an efficient implementation algorithm, allowing generation real time, high resolution maps. As procedure does not depend on any custom hardware, if requirements are met, described can turn speed camera into 3D true output. concept was tested experimental setup consisting electronically variable focus lens, camera, and GPU for processing, plus control board lens image sensor synchronization. comparison other state art algorithms shows our advantages in computational time precision.
